Hawks, Trails, and Beach - Saturday, September 10th, 2016

A nice mix of terns on the beach and in Bunker Pond. The Baird's Sandpiper was still in Bunker Pond for us to see. We had Mute Swans busking (displaying) and a dearth of ducks. Black Skimmers were in Bunker Pond and yipping overhead. A Peregrine Falcon swooped over the pond and all the wildfowl and shorebirds lifted in response. Leaders: Chuck Slugg and Bert Hixon.
